Vedaksh Innovation School

Overview

This policy governs the procedures, timelines, and conditions under which fee refunds are processed by Vedaksh Innovation School, owned and operated by the Bhautiki Foundation.

Policy Guidelines

  • Submission of Request All refund requests must be submitted by the student or parents in writing, addressed to the Principal. Requests can be submitted in person, by regular mail, or via email to Vedaksh.edu@gmail.com The Principal shall acknowledge receipt of the request. Please note that telephone messages or verbal requests are NOT acceptable.
  • Refund Calculation The fee refund is solely based on the balance amount remaining in the student’s account after all applicable dues, charges, and fees owed to the school have been deducted.
  • Technical Overpayments Any excess payment received due to technical errors or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification. Refunds for such cases will be processed within 15 days of the receipt of a written complaint.
  • Mode of Refund Refunds will be processed electronically or physically. Electronic refunds will be credited back to the original account/source from which the transaction was initiated.
  • Processing Charges Parents and students are required to pay all payment gateway processing and convenience charges. these charges are over and abovethe fees/dues payable to the school and are non-refundable.
  • Statutory ServiceCharges Applicable service charges or taxes notified by the Government from time to time will be added to the charges payable to the online payment gateway.
  • Net Refund Amount The net amount refunded will be calculated after the deduction of transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway providers.
  • Interest PolicyNo interest shall be paid on the refund of any fees, caution money, or deposits held by the school.
  • Verification ProtocolStudents and parents should contact the school administration authorities first regarding any excess or double payments before initiating any chargeback through their bank.
  • Prevailing Policy The refund of any fee is strictly subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time the refund is formally sought.
  • Amendments The School reserves the right to modify, amend,or update the refund policies at any time. Any changes will be made effective by uploading the revised policy to the official school website (visgwalior.com).
  • Legal Jurisdiction All disputes arising from or related to this policy are subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, (India).
